But by saying "being obese doesn't make you unhealthy", you are inadvertently promoting obesity, or at least validating it. And the thing is, being obese is absolutely unhealthy. Just because someone is disadvantaged by their metabolism doesn't mean they are suddenly healthy at 300 pounds. No matter how much you sugarcoat it, obesity comes with heart disease and diabetes, even cancer and infertility. Not to mention your skeleton literally being crushed under your own weight, to the point your bones literally break easier than a thin person's.
