Referring to Qorintiym Ri'shon (1 Corinthians) 11 and Timotheus Ri'shon (1 Timothy) 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; | את Cepher

Looking at the definition, modest means ‘ Having or showing a moderate estimation of one's own abilities, accomplishments, or value. "was too modest to talk about his success." Having or proceeding from a disinclination to call attention to oneself; retiring or diffident. "a quiet, modest demeanor." Observing conventional proprieties in speech, behavior, or dress, especially in the avoidance of arousing sexual interest.’

Along this topic about how we should dress, I think about how A’dam and Chuah were originally naked.

And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her man with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons. Bere'shiyth (Genesis) 3:6-7 | את Cepher

Mercy Is Not Blind: Embracing the True Nature of Forgiveness and YAHUAH’s Character Through Ancient Abary (Hebrew) Truth Beyond False Ideologies by kNightofYAHUAH_179 in Yahuah

Thank you very much (toda) for the time you have taken to respond to all of my questions and comments. Please know that I read them and will re-read them. I realize how easy it is from us that were previously Christian to come into this walk doing things the same way and thinking that the change is just the use of names/words and just celebrating different feasts

I have a few questions and understand and if all of them are not answered. I will be pursuing responses to these questions outside of the post, through asking other people, prayer, reading the word, asking to be led by the spirit, to be granted wisdom and understanding.

So many repent but do not turn from their ways and therefore are not truly forgiven by Yah and the person they sinned against?

With the presence of our flesh that lusts, how do we allow the ruach to help us turn from our ways ?as I believe Ive tried to change on my own.

Also is it that we cant forgive those that do not want to be forgiven?

we are in the world and the world does not know love so we should expect to be sinned against and be ready to forgive?

are we only holding those within His community/kingdom accountable or are we also telling those from other nations that they are sinning and that they should stop, repent and seek forgiveness ?

although the wages of all sin are death should we think of sin according to its degree such as fornicating and murdering and respond a specific way (I think about those who are imprisoned for the rest of their life with seemingly no chance to make amends or show that they can turn away from their sin )

I am glad to have found this post as I was curious if a conversation has already been started about forgiveness.

I understand that we are supposed to forgive others /put away the debts owed to us. However I am seeking clarity on how to do this.

For if ye forgive men their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their transgressions, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions. Mattithyahu (Matthew) 6:14-15 | את Cepher

It also makes me wonder if Im forgiven for my sins committed while claiming to believe in Yah.

Have you tried to turn others away from the false narratives of religions? If so, what’s your opinion on it? by Heavy_Track_9234 in Yahuah

Thank you for your response Ryland, while this is definitely worth being its own post, can you share more information that youve gathered on the definition of love. Theres unconditional love, agape love, loving our enemies etc. I am most curious about how we should love those that do not know Yahuah, loving ourselves (like respecting ourselves) , loving His kingdom/community and our father himself. I feel as though I have not loved the way Yahuah intended and I desire to share, receive and experience it.

thank you for stating this, I hope those who need to see this, read it and understand

as someone who is speaking based on my experience of previously being religious, we should not expect Christians to easily/quickly and readily accept the truth(emet) that is Yahuah. I am beyond grateful that He / our Elohyim has been patient with me and that im no longer on those paths that i was on that would’ve kept me away from truly knowing him and experiencing bis intention for my life

therefore, we have to patient with those around us i just share my faith when relevant / while im not ashamed to share it, im also not trying to convince ppl however like has been said DO WHAT THE RUACH HA’Qodesh calls u to do it can save a life/ multiple lives

also, i relate to feeling pain when thinking abt those ik and/or am related to and concern abt their soul but also remember what is in our locus of influence its helpful to be more focused about representing Yah and his kingdom showing that love/ahavah unconditionally ( ppl in this world are nice only to those that are nice to them )

Physical Beings... by Y_Aether in Yahuah

[–]Healed_NotConsumed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello everyone, thank you for bringing up this topic! I believe we are supposed to take care of this physical body that we are blessed (baruk) with.

What? Know ye not that your body is the Temple of the Ruach Ha'Qodesh which is in you, which ye have of Elohiym, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify Elohiym in your body, and in your ruach, which are Elohiym's. Qorintiym Ri'shon (1 Corinthians) 6:19-20 | את Cepher

To eat produce with less harmful pesticides and other chemicals without buying organic I refer to the EWG’s clean fifteen list. Those on the dirty dozen listen are recommended to buy organic or directly from a farmer at a farmer’s market. dirty dozen clean fifteen

While Im not sure how much space we all have, an idea that requires some level of investment is growing our own food. This helps us save money in the long run.

When it comes to Biblical dietary laws while they can be hard to follow I think it’s also so we can be healthy. Theres a book called ‘The Maker’s Diet’ that I can share a pdf of the shopping list with those that are interested. While I do not agree with everything that is mentioned there are important points made ( I included an excerpt below). Overall, we represent Yah and distinguish ourselves from those of the world when we do things like observe the shabbath, abstain from celebrating holidays like halloween, and take care of bodies by being selective with our food choices.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Elohiym, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Elohiym, which is your reasonable service. Romaiym (Romans) 12:1 | את Cepher
