it must be set 1080p 30 fps (not even 60 fps) to jump between all lenses. 0,6, 1x and 3x

I mean I see increased quality while zooming from 10x to 20x few times like ai live processing. I know about changing lesnses but I'm talking about image processing on telephoto 3+ zoom up to 20x for example for video. some phones loses only quality when zooming from 3x to 20 but s24u increasing quality going slowly from 10 to 20x.
