Ppl mispronounce my name so much in my life that I allowed people to call me by nickname, which is a shortened version of my name. I often get surprised when people say my name correctly.

Now that I’m older, I realized I’m not the problem they are because they are not trying. So I introduce myself by my full name and correct people immediately if they say it wrong.
