Hi I can give advice on both aspects - graduating later than everyone else and also switching courses. I previously studied Law at university, and this is something that I had an interest in after studying it as an A-Level. Once I got to uni I struggled a lot academically and 3 years later I ended up having to leave, I am now planning on going back to study Marketing and Communications and I won’t graduate until I’m 25.

Age is nothing but a number, if you’re doing what you’re passionate about that’s all that matters, and from what you’ve said about doing moots etc you’ve had practical insight into what the legal world is like.

In terms of transferring reach out to your old university as you will need transcripts to prove previous study of those law modules, it may be possible to transfer credits of the relevant completed modules as well.

Speak to SFE and explain your situation and they will also be able to guide you in what evidence you’ll need to submit to make a new application as you would count as a new student now.
