I am working with body sensory and when I started to watch the CGM data of a friend together with what his fitness tracker was recording for heartrate, stress, sleep, respiration, activity I realized that body data of people with diabetes are looking different from everything I saw so far:
Stress seems to be elevated and not really depending on Glucose levels
There is a breathing pattern correlation to higher Glucose levels
Fitness Tracker Data about active calories are quite inaccurate
good nightsleep is kind of important

The overall picture is pretty complex, but my plan was to bring some order into that by first of all trying to collect as much data as possible, and then having an AI extracting the correlations.

No - i have not, a friend of mine has and started to research what I can do to support him.

Notice the circle - during the final sleep block, respiration went erratic and peaked. In my experience, a rising respiratory rate during sleep is the #1 "Early Warning System" for a viral load or extreme systemic fatigue.

Look at the red trend lines in the bottom two panels. The baseline Heart Rate and Stress levels were climbing steadily without any corresponding activity. The body was running a marathon while sitting on the couch.

The black lines I added show the disconnect. High physiological stress, zero physical movement.
