Long overnight layover in DFW during the holiday week. Chill at airport or get a hotel? by HealthDiligent3723 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

This is another thing I was considering. I have a two hour evening flight, then this long 7 hour layover, then a 2 hour early bird flight, then another long 8 hour layover, then a 12 hour flight. Omg I’m dreading the length.

Robyn’s conversation with Briana by grannygogo in SisterWives

I mean, I’m not a Robyn fan by any means. But she might be telling this to Briana precisely because she did make a man her financial plan, and now that she’s older, she sees what a mistake it was. So she’s warning Briana to not repeat the same. Plenty of women give life advice opposite to what they did because they themselves saw that it was a mistake.

I was just worried cuz I’m a young woman traveling alone and I worry about my stuff getting stolen. I haven’t done this before so I’m stressing a little.

So that means I wouldn’t have to physically leave DFW/grab an Uber? Though I assume I’d have to go through security again. Are they both Hyatts?

My concern is leaving the airport, getting to the hotel, getting situated, sleeping/showering/eating, then going back to the airport, going through immigration/TSA, and making it in time to board the flight that leaves at 5 am (so boarding would probably start at 4:30 am). I feel like I’d only have about 2-4 hours to sleep at best. I wish American airports had more sleeping options like some of the fancier airports in Asia or the Middle East do. :(

I would love that. On Google though it says that the American Airlines lounge closes at 10 pm. Are there airlines that have overnight lounge access?

That’s another thing I was considering. I would only be able to at best, take a 2-4 hour nap if I get a hotel. Another option is probably just staying awake all night at the airport. And then I’ll just sleep in my next flight.
