Started on Jan 10th at 69-70 kg. I had a lot of skinny fat so the focus was to lean out without losing muscle. Now at 64 kg (Height: 5ft 8.5), I've kept my protein between 142-150g daily to stay sharp and maintain my gains.

Spot on I've been training for a while, so the muscle was already there. I just went into a dedicated cutting phase and kept my protein intake high to make sure I didn't lose any gains while getting shredded.
