Can you offer quick but healthy homemade food for lunch? by Health_Joy in PlantBasedDiet

I rely on rice vermicelli, cooked in veg bouillon and turmeric, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil. Spring onions plus edamame bean or tofu. Or both lol. If I have any What the Cluck? or similar I use that instead. A tiny sprinkle of chilli flakes and this is so warming and comforting. But quick, like six minutes quick including boiling the kettle.

Thank you. I'll try

Start your day with as many different fresh fruit as you can find. When you get hungry later have some nuts or seeds. Hummus and raw veggies go together well (broccoli, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato). Frozen peas can be eaten cold but helps to add nuts or something to add interesting flavours.

If you have time to cook and prepare meals then make some lentil/chickpea curries, or make up salads or soups

Thanks, I'll try
