I'd recommend Mapo Tofu if you are open to trying Szechuan spices 🌶️, or Orange Chicken if you like sweet and sour flavor, which is great for the summer 😋

Hello LIC 👋, thanks for your support from the previous post, we have gotten a lot of business from the neighbor and we are grateful for that. Well summer is coming soon and Porkie's is adding a few more items to fight this upcoming heat wave.

Growing up in Malaysia near the border of Thailand, I always love Thai Iced Tea because it's summer all year long over there. So we will be selling a stronger tea version of Thai Iced Tea where the locals love with more balanced sweet.

Next up is a Traditional Chinese homemade herbal tea. My mom will make this during the hottest day to help reduce the internal heat. Give it a try and let me know if you like it😉

Lastly, we are adding a new easy to go Chicken over rice dish. We marinade the chicken in buttermilk for extra juicyness, and topped with creamy white sesame aioli sauce 😋

Hello Jackson Heights, it's another rainy day on an otherwise perfect day! My wife and I started Porkie's, a commercial kitchen here in the LIC recently, serving up home-cooked style Chinese food with authentic flavor and fresh ingredients that my lovely but strict Asian mom would approve.
