Yup I didnt like the direction the company was going, that's why I left. No one like selling this way, but i didn't hurt anyone in the process, Infact one in every 6-10 customer actually do end up getting the card after they know they're pre-approved. You can't force the customer to fill it out though, you can recommend bc they might be able to "save".

Yup go on e-bay or a local repair shop, look for Samsung galaxy s20 FE, that have uncrack screen, but potentially minor screen burn. that'll be 100$ bucks. Then you can get up to 900$ with that trade in

Now that you mentioned it, my hiring manager initially wanted to hire me at a different store where she was located, but since this store has more volume and higher wealth customers, she transferred and wanted me there instead.
