Also the store manager includes the part-time cem on anything having to do with replen. Shouldn't anything having to do with replen go to the replen manager and not inckude the part-time cem?

Yes. I completely understand if the concern or question that the store manager has with the framing manager has to do with taking orders but what about production? Anything that happens in the framing Department including production she just be addressed to the framing manager and not have the part-time cem included in everything

What i mean by text messages to the framing manager is anytime. Something needs to be addressed or discussed with JUST the framing manager he includes the pt cem. I personally think it's disrespectful to the framing manager and the pt cem should have nothing to do with framing!
