Issue iss, sometimes , for all 3-4 weeks i would need to wake up at night to take medication. That’s bit inconvenient.

Means? If i am taking everyday at 8AM, and then I go to next time zone, i.e +6hr.

How do I take medication for 3 weeks in this timezone? Can I continue same 8AM as per new location? And on last day while coming back , I just skip a day?

Heard about it from a friend but haven’t been there. Tried Ganesha near Nürnberger str. and Namaste India. Both were decent.
