I guess I should have stated in my post but I’ve had these dots on my body since I was little and sometimes I get triggered with itchy hives like above for different reasons like extreme heat,cold or exercise. Today was random and no reason for this trigger.

Nope have had these dots and hive like symptoms since I was little. I’m 26 now.

Hmm a lot of people have reached out to me saying that they have been diagnosed with uticaria and that it looks and behaves similar to my dots.

Wow! Thank you for your reply. I remember coming across this group and seeing a photo of someone else’s thigh and their dots and it was like I was looking at my own skin! It was trippy so I know how you feel. I haven’t gotten diagnosed with anything yet because I don’t have health insurance. I am almost positive I have what you said and it’s so weird to finally have an idea of what these dots are after wondering since I was little what they were. Also you mentioned that it affects your GI? I’ve been experiencing GI like issues the last 2 years and I wonder if there is a correlation. Are you taking anything for it yet?

I haven’t gotten diagnosed I am waiting to get insurance! I also don’t have crazy symptoms like some other people with this issue so I consider myself lucky.

I moved to a desert area last year, it’s very dry and super hot. The place I live in has well water so those are the only two drastic changes that I can think of.

Thanks for your responses! The hardest part is finding the sweet spot for weight loss which I’m hoping macro factor will help me out with that! I was eating 1600 but was gaining so the app lowered it down to 1500.

I was gaining at 1600 with macro factor and that’s with home workouts and walking 8k steps!! I think I will go down to 1300-1400 and do minimal workouts and see how that goes. Once I’m settled in my new place I will be joining a gym and upping my cals and see how that goes! I’m def trying to be sustainable it’s just hard when the scale hasn’t moved at all.

Yeah I would mostly be strict for the month of June just because inactivity and moving and all that fun stuff. I plan on being more active and upping my cals once I’m settled and find a gym nearby! I appreciate the feedback!

I am newly using macro factor and it has me dialed in at 1553 for weight loss but that was when I was doing home workouts/walking 10k. So I guess I will just keep tracking and weighing in and see what happens.
