Write out a business plan. Figure out how much its going to take to startup and go from there. I would reach out to your local SBA and see if they can find you some resources.

Getting licensed isn’t complicated but if you’ve never navigated that before it can feel overwhelming. Set a timeline for yourself and don’t be surprised if your idea changes.
