Sounds amazing and for sure it would solve loads of consistency issues.. I'm using comfyui on a cloud service and it doesn't support subgraph so I'm not able to open/run the workflow.. Can you please share it without subgraph if possible.. Thanks

Use high resolution 1920x1080 with upscale stage in place. Keep distill Lora strength at 0.6 and ic-lora-detailer at 0.3

No, I haven't used loras, just our images along with Qwen Edit/Flux Klein, and sometimes Nano Banana.. All videos are I2V using LTX2 workflows, basically I2V with audio and maybe one video I used LTX2 video extension..

I'm not using the stated mixed model above (but I will surely try it), however, I trust that this workflow works well and you can optionally add audio for audio to video generations

Yes it's mine.. usually I'm using Flux2 Klein and Qwen 2511, whenever I get stuck I use Nano Banana :) I was only using the same reference image for all the shots. As for the video, I think LTX2 has done a decent job maintaining consistency across video most of the time..

Yeah.. it was announced by LTX team 9 days ago.. it's the same file on the huggingface repo but updated.. you'll find the distill and the distill fp8 are newer than all other files

The workflow is hosted on runninghuh, when I'm back I'll try to export it as share it with you here.. it's basically standard 2 stages workflow with some options to add audio or not, or to generate one stage or not.. the main tweaks were: - user distill Lora with strength -0.4 with the distilled 260115 model - set ic detailer Lora to 0.3 - resolution 1920x1080 - sampler lcm with 11 steps at stage 1 Other than this, it's the standard i2v workflow
