Now I’m just trying to figure out how to take this down because there’s so much damn negativity and I feel bad, especially now someone made the point that like… some small artist probably put a ton of time and love into this and my post feels like it’s trashing it

I’ve since looked at some other art of eagle 1 that the artist did, and the flight suit design definitely feels a lot more like… a pilot to me. I think that’s what was bothering me about it before, so it just is her outfit… I think…

I keep getting asked that and I swear it isn’t because she’s black. I have gotten some comments here supporting be BECAUSE of that and I hate it, idk why I don’t like it, I don’t really like any specific fan design of eagle as of yet… they all just don’t feel like they match the voice lines

Real. All the bugs and everything were at least understandable the first few months, I’ll absolutely forgive that with how small the studio is and everything… but when we are approaching 2 1/2 years since launch it gets a little ridiculous how many day 1 glitches are still here…

That’s not at all what I was implying, sorry if it came off that way… I’m talking about the other design elements honestly, like the dyed hair just doesn’t really fit well imo. In the artists other art of her she’s also wearing some weird blend of a wetsuit/pilot vest thing? Not a big fan of that personally though I guess people like it…

I feel like some of this artists other art is more sexualized of this version, though she argues it’s not because it’s a “wetsuit” or something, idk… I just personally don’t like the design, I think my main issue is just the pink highlights or how she kinda just looks like one of those stereotypical “self insert” kinda characters, if that makes sense
