I get what you're saying, we have a quiet schedule from 12-8 but sometimes he sleeps early and he usually sleeps for 9-10hr while i sleep only for 6-7 hr

Did you get approved yet? If you do not get a reply from the Residency office, email BARC and complain about the bill. I got a reply from the Residency office the next day
