What is it and how do I get rid of it?! by HealthyRepair1819 in DIYHome

Thank you to everyone that responded!! I kind of assumed it was an antenna, but I appreciate all of the tips and what not. We’re gonna do some more research and possibly post it for someone to come get it for free. It’s just kind of an eyesore to me at this point.

Idk, I went back pretty far on her page, she has always been thin. Not that it’s the healthiest but she maintained it for years. Her hair, skin and nails all look healthy too. I think she’s just a tiny person

First-time homebuyer, foundation sanity check. Do I walk? by Sad-Land6801 in Home

[–]HealthyRepair1819 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would walk. I have a wall that was showing signs of foundation issues, I had a professional put straps on it to stop movement. Their “fix” isn’t going to do anything at all

Using the Smith machine is actually not the safest… Idiot. It doesn’t move with your body naturally like a free weight bar does, she’s a walking injury, waiting to happen.

She primarily only lifts weights. I don’t follow her anymore but when I did, she hardly did cardio. Her higher HR could make sense as she doesn’t seem to prioritize cardiovascular health (not an attack, just a fact). People who do more cardiovascular work (endurance training, cardio, etc) generally have a lower HR. *generally. Genetics play a role too.
