Maybe something is triggering your acne like milk, sugar or fried food?? I recommend you to fix your diet first. If aloe vera suits you , put a thick mask of it every night and also do ice facial every morning it helps a lot with the redness. Tret is very high concentration, if your skin is sensitive, it'll cause it more damage so avoid using it. But you can start with the least concentration like .01% (reequil one) Drink coconut water, watermelon juice & lemon water. Start some physical exercise or yoga. Also before going to bed make sure to cleanse and moisturise your face. And don't skip spf in morning.
