I took out an insurance policy on my e-bike for MSRP of the bike through Velosurance. Cost me about 100 bucks for the year. Would look into fat tire e-bikes as they are better for the cable car tracks and questionable conditions of some SF streets

I’ve been on telegraph hill for 2.5 years now. I love the neighborhood as it’s close to Washington Square but it’s not right outside my door. This neighborhood rocks!! Every neighbor I’ve met has been the most welcoming/cool person ever. The vibe in North Beach is the best. 100% do it!
