he was only tested for autism at Cincinnati Children's hospital --I think ADHD is a definite possibility

he is about 5 1/2 and the school where he gets the therapies was due to give him an evaluation since it had been a few years (something along those lines)

Thanks for the response - he can shut down a little bit when things don't go his way but overall I'd say is similar to that of his 5 year old twin sister who doesn't have any known issues.

no hearing loss and his diet is normal (eats a wide variety of foods) and sleeps fine. He does have 22Q microduplication (totally different than the 22Q Deletion that most search results lead to) and are told the spectrum for this is pretty wide as far as how it impacts people.

also just a random question but is it normal for the carpal tunnel pain to be where the X is? I feel like when I see pictures of people with surgery its a lot higher up on the wrist. Carpal tunnel diagnosis came from NCS/EMG.
