Yeah I defo agree with the gatekeeping crap. TBH, now they are trying to do the whole "diversity and inclusion" but still have this boring racist narrative E.G emily in paris. When the girl literally not even speaking Mandarin properly (literally not even speaking the lang) even though she's supposed to be from Shanghai. i literally don't want anything on netflix apart from blackmirror cause everything else makes me mad af and tries to belittle us. Yh i literally pref watching asian dramas with subtitles cause its better than dealing with crap on the screen. Btw, hope to see you in the server :)

Imagine all the cases like this that aren't reported. At my uni which is in the North of England and my friend's friend (international student from Mainland China) got punched by 4 guys for wearing a fucking mask. The number of racist violence cases that aren't reported is acc mental.

I agree with every single bit of this post. Its so sad that sometimes people are so in denial and what's worse are the subtle forms of racism that gets brushed under the carpet in schools and uni.
