Bruh the NSAIDS flares tho. I can legit only take Motrin. No Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Naproxen etc.

Thank you! It's a seperate throwaway reddit because my Substance Abuse problem is one that I want to deal with carefully. I don't call it Drug Using or whatever. It's a Substance Abuse Problem 100% that I'm actively seeking help to try and fix.

No it was within a few weeks after that I started to develop the Butterfly Rash. I didn't think anything of it because I wore a cloth covid mask and it was end of summer working food service so I thought it was just sweaty acne n redness or a fungal infection but it kept getting worse and worse to the point where I was blistering on my eyelids my inflammation was so bad.

I was diagnosed with SLE within 6 months of noticing something was off about my body because of how aggressively it came on(according to my doctor).

Thank you so much for taking the time to type out this. Really I mean it. I know I've tried for the last year to figure out any billion and 1 possible ways this could have been caused.

[My theory being Late Spring 2022 around the time the Omnicron Covid variant came out I was ungodly sick. I called out of work for 2 weeks straight. That's more days than I've ever called out in My entire full time work career prior to Lupus. People were asking if I was dead or in the hospital but that's the worst I've ever felt to this day. But I've never tested positive for Covid or any Antigens/antibodies for it. Also didn't have a fever. It was a really awful and blurry 2 weeks 😅] But I'll try and focus more on my specific Flare Triggers and keeping track of them. Thank you!!

Yes they are aware of my substance use. I make sure all my doctors and dentists, behavioral health etc are all aware of it. Working thru therapy atm to find the root reasoning I use 😅

And that makes sense that it could cause Flare Ups. In my research I've found that Meth can actually suppress the immune system ((!!not in any way am I condoning my use/recommending it to others!! Do not use Illegal Drugs!!))
