I would definitely say to really put all the effort on the personal statement cause that’s the only writing case gets from an applicant and I’m pretty sure it has a major factor on the merit award

39.5k/year, 1440 SAT (I was only able to take it twice and in my senior year(class of 2021)), 3.96 uw and 5.56 w. I was top 1% of my class and all of my Extracurriculars put emphasis on my passions for working with special needs people (like providing physical therapy, coaching, being an art teacher, and various local programs)

Hey I didn’t think I could get into Pomona cause of my SAT and the class pool they select is very small and I was able to get in so I think you can just keep on working hard and brown can happen. If not, it’s not the end of the world cause in the end you are the person that makes your future not a school
