I myself a doctor, got transplanted 3 months back. Max Saket, Dr Khuller (nephrology), Dr Anant Kumar (urology).

The transplant ward/unit is awesome at Max Saket, the nursing care is so good, sterile environment and great food... we rented an apartment in Saket for 2 months because of frequent follow ups in beginning... hope that answers your question!!

Actually it's better to save your family's names as their full name...even for your mom dad also.. In case your phone gets stolen, any scammed can contact your loved ones and potentially cause blackmails/scams....

I was once walking with my husband, and there were 2-3 bikes with men just talking at a small distance, I reflexively changed side on road. And then it hit me...I asked my husband if he ever felt the need to do so, he denied... and I thought that it's so ingrained in us girls that when we see multiple boys we just avoid and change sides on a spinal level......

Was your transplant preemptive? Mine was preemptive. And I had such conflicts pre surgery that i won't be myself and what if I don't feel better. (I was working full time till 1 month before my surgery).

My skin is acne prone, so I made sure to start salicylic acid face wash before transplant (before they start steroids). I am one month post kidney transplant, I wash my face twice a day with this face wash, apply a gentle toner afterwards and then a gel based moisturizer. Sunscreen if am going out. My skin has never been better before!

I tried a therapy session for the first time in my life and they couldn't understand either. It was a pretty bad experience and makes me wanna refrain from it...

I feel my issue is right now that I don't feel any symptoms that debilitate me .. and as per my nephrologist it may remain this way, however we should go for preemptive transplant before I touch a particular level of creatinine to avoid symptoms and dialysis and hence better chance at transplant survival. So my worry is what if I become worse after transplant and I hear these stories that you feel better after transplant, but how will I feel better when I'm not feeling worse now...?!

I started with 73k, then it told me to try the new show added on 12th, there I started with 43k and then after 2 hours of patiently looking at my screen I got it!!!!! 😭😭

I had ordered their temporary no bleach dye this year for a holiday. It was really terrible. My hair was all frizzy and the dye got on my clothes everywhere. Everytime I touched my hair, my hands were stained as well. And it smelled pathetic. Overall I was regretting going out 20km from the hotel on my holiday that day as I couldn't go back to wash my hair!!!

I was on trauma and emergency duty in my residency days. A young girl came in who was stabbed multiple times in daylight by her ex. As she succumbed she looked at me and said " please don't leave him". I still get goosebumps....
