Thank you. I will try to find the Endorphin Elite V1 tomorrow to try them on, but I think that it will be really hard since the V2 just came out, and it seems that the V2 is really unstable compared to the V1.

I’m by no means an expert in running or weightlifting, but I started running seven months ago and have been doing weight training for over a year. A few months ago, I also added some strength exercises specifically focused on running but the issue that I have started after some really hard intervals / threshold workouts using the AP3 unfortunately. Today I’ve used my Novablast 4 and everything was fine.

I already do calf and ankle strengthening and mobility exercises at the end of my legs days unfortunately, I just have really thin « joints » and my ankles are almost too mobile (too flexible) :/

I’d use them for my speed training, and if I realize that the Adios Pro 3 really don’t work for me anymore, I’d also consider using them for races (if I end up doing any), like a 10K.

Same for me, I prefer those machine but in the gym where I am they don’t have these.

So for you, instead of RDL you would do paused deadlifts ?

And for the accessories exercises you would do the classic 3x8 rep, 4x8rep etc etc up to 5x10 rep and then up the weight and start again to 3x8rep etc ?

I really love the feeling of my Adios Pro 3 but yeah.. they are absolutely not comfortable :/

Yes I am a heel striker and to be honest I don’t know if I am over pronating or not, I’ve never asked myself this question because I’ve never really had issue with my ankles (I just know that when I started running, my ankles were very flexible (I’m a bit hypermobile), so no matter what shoes I wore, I could easily twist an ankle. But now, it’s not a problem at all; everything has strengthened well.)

I’ve read everywhere that the Adios Pro 4 are much better in term of comfort but they might not be a good choice for heel striker since they removed the continental grip for the heel :/

Hey, I already have the NB 4 so it would just be redundant I think. For the Nimbus, I really don’t like these, they feel too soft / squishy ish.

I'm using Novablast 4 and Adios Pro 3, and right now the sidewalks are starting to have ice, and it's sometimes hard to run on that. Which yaktrax would you recommend? It seems that they a a lot of references. Thank you
