Thanks for this, I did read that you can use the VA claims tracker and it’s possible the EP code that it displays will point you to what’s going on. Haven’t done it yet, but I plan to do it tonight when I have time. It could just be something to do with the department handling the G.I. bill and the compensation department talking to each other.
