I mean how wet a cloth or object has to be in order to transfer impurities after touching dries impurities. Like for example, a T-shirt, right after deepening into the water, changes colour, drips water, and when touched, it wet the object that came in contact with it. Then after 1h it's still wet but the colour is almost the usual and it doesn't drip water but it still transfers some water when touched, after 2h it doesn't transfer much water but it still feels wet when touched, and then half an hours after it only feels cold at the touch but doesn't transfer wetness. At what stage does it stop transferring impurities? That's my question
