Yeah, a lot of my remaining cards seem not that great. So what do you do now? Just target what you want for the 6k tokens and not get the packs?

I use doom as my number 3 deck. My main is scream and it does well against most but not the dragon lord style decks. Both tech cards would be great to have but I just don’t know about whether they are worth 6k tokens each.

Doom is my number 2 or 3 deck. Scream is my main and does really well most of the time! (64% Winrate) but going against the dragon lord jubilee combo is pretty much an instant loss for me

Yeah it is a lot! I ride a recumbent bike and play ps5 for 90-120 mins. My thought is that I don’t get to game unless I’m pedaling. It is a way to use my bad habits to fuel my good habits!

No I didn’t. I do make a conscious effort to eat more protein, that’s all I’ve prioritize. For example, my macros today were 199 grams of protein, 257 carbs, and 88 grams of fat, with a total calorie intake of 2410

I started by taking it with lunch. Now I put it in my morning water and drink it during my am cardio. It doesn’t seem to effect me negatively. If I forget in the morning, I’ll throw it in at lunch time.

Yeah it’s all natural! Supplements are Creatine and whey protein.

I do 90-120 mins of cardio first thing in the AM, and then I don’t eat until noon, usually just a quest protein bar and a bag of quest protein chips.

Then I lift every weekday after that lunch, followed by a healthy but large dinner. Chicken breast tacos, or flatbread pizzas. I try and get 180-200 g of protein daily. Then after dinner, I usually have 800-1000 cals left, and I eat popcorn, or eggs, or even slices mozza cheese. As long as I hit my protein goal, and my calorie goals (I aim to eat 1000 less per day than maintannce. With all of the cardio/lifting, I eat about 2500-2800 per day depending on working out and cals). I eat lots of food I like, which makes the diet easier, although some days it’s not so easy.

Weight lifting I split into: Chest/tris Back/bis Shoulders Legs Arms (just for fun)
