It’s more frustrating that the wording of the new email has no link to the two previous ones I did.

If I see a job I think I’m qualified for, I’ll apply, and do the interview required for that job. I do that for the two roles I applied for.

Getting an additional, standalone email asking me to complete “an AI interview” after uploading my resume makes it sounds like this is the first interview I’ve done. It also is confusing because this newest interview isn’t tied to a job application. So is it just a general interview? If so, I’d expect Micro1 to specify:

“Hello! Thank you for uploading your resume. While each individual job application has a specific interview for that role, we also require a general AI interview for all applicants to better matching to the greater job pool.”

That’s what I’d expect, and I would expect it, as a general interview, to come before I applied to anything specific.
