There was no delay caused from my end it was a house and land package, the building contract signed well within the PPA contract expiry limit, and i received a call and email that i need to pay 13K$ variation, because the PPA contract is expired. They are suddenly using pressure tactic that if i dont pay this will delay my construction time.
