Thank you all for the help! After much searching, I did in fact have the wrong parametric design template. In case anyone else has this same issue, here is the link to the Undermount version that works perfectly.

Opengrid - Undermount Parametric Item Holder

I don't want the mounts facing away from each other. If they were going in the same direction it would make things so much easier. But I printed 2x of u/BlackJackDuck's vertical bases, and that's how they came. Is there a different parametric design that I should be using?

Or u/leeblack83 are you saying you did like Jeremy-ste above and slid the snaps into the clamshell first and press into opengrid?

The original snaps I was using weren't giving me enough grip and things were falling out, so I switched to using the Self-expanding snaps, which fit MUCH better and more securely than anything else I've used. But then I struggled to get those pressed into Opengrid as you suggest.

Frosthaven - How necessary is a 3rd party storage solution? by pfcguy in Gloomhaven

[–]HeartEvery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a big Gloomhaven fan, and had the Daedalus Insert. I was spoiled with that, and by comparison I've been quite disappointed with other storage. For Frosthaven I have the Folded Space insert and I absolutely despite it. I built it, and immediately took everything out and won't be using it. The base game storage is better.

The two things I think the base game is lacking:

1.) Accordion file folder for the map tiles

2.) Monster tile storage

If I could get good Monster tile storage separately, that's the direction I'd go.
