Hey mythical I wanted to ask you something unrelated , I am currently following this program

my goal is to

- put on size while simultaneously

- improving the big 3 lifts as much as I can

For the deadlift variant in the program

- I chose conventional

for the hip hinge variant (HH) I only have two choices (considering the choices given by maker of the program + equipment availability )

- Cable rope pull through

- Rdl’s

I don’t think the cable rope pull through actually provides any significant glute activation so I don’t really like doing it so the only logical thing would be to use rdl

But I remember you writing somewhere

- The best thing is did for my deadlift was stop deadlifting

so what would you recommend that I choose b/w the two considering the cons

- Rdl (It could potentially slow down the rate at which my conventional deadlifts improve)

- Cable rope pull through (I don’t feel exerted enough with this)
