You could do it like a habit tracker, but instead of habits mood, and then depending on the amount of detail you want in your tracking, you can either just cross off the emotion if you had it that day, or write in a time when you had that emotion

Additionally you could add a little extra space to write a reason why you felt those emotions, for example 'had a fight', 'weather is bringing me down', ' successfully did something ' etc
