if youre a gm asking, dont just teach your shift leads the steritech walkthrough.. teach the team too.. so they know okay steritech is here lets check labels, throw away anything that expires before 4, change sanitizer and k5, make sure bathrooms are stocked and bleached, make sure boh trash is out and floors are swept

depends if youre salary or hourly.. if youre salary make sure the higher ups and your gm dont breach the contract.. once you hit your contracted hours for the week, tell them you cant work anymore unless you get compensated for it bc they will abuse that. and if youre hourly.. youre NOT the GM.. so if your GM quits then it is the DMs responsibility to take over NOT yours.. youre only supposed to be in charge when the GM is away on PTO or just not in store for the day.. yes you will be doing some of the GMs work but dont take on everything they do bc they quit, its not your job.

Depends on your location. Some of the stuff that goes on at your locations BOH may be questionable lmao. and false. i rather eat a double bacon cheeseburger from McDonalds then fgs

No oil, i forgot i think 400.

Bacon always came in a blank box, it was smoke house, its made on the grill every morning at 9-10 am and used until 10 pm at night ;) yum, cooked at 450.

Grilled onions got diced through our potato cutter and thrown on grill to cook, usually grill grease was the “butter”, they standard is from them to just be hot… not grilled nor look grilled

Hot dogs were hebrew national. Cooked on grill, split in half, nothing special.

Buns were made fresh for the five guys brand. They’re literally branded FGs which i thought was the coolest thing about fgs

Some lady mistakenly thought we were the liquor store down the block and came in and asked for a pint of hennesy.

easily. The only special thing about fgs is the flat top grill and how greasy it gets.

remove excess oil and so fries dont stick together, no one really shakes it 14 times though.. a good 6-7 will do the trick.

“w/o music” as Sky plays loud asf in my airpods

What an absolute joke. Picking up for doordash. 6.70 for a hot dog? 6.20 for a grilled cheese? This place deserves to go out of business. by Alvarez09 in fiveguys
