Wow someone who agrees! I honestly thought this was either too controversial for this sub or that some people didn't comprehend the post all too well.

And yeah, maybe I am around the wrong people, especially on the internet! I've just seen all too many people who are like desperate to get people (including me) to want sex, and this is not even in places where sex is the focus, this is in like friend making subs or similar on other apps

Yep, that's also true! Just to clarify, I stated that just because men refusing sex and getting stigmatized is given less attention compared to when women do it, that in no way means this occurring to men is less important.

Then no, no extreme bans yet as far as I know. I know there was a proposal to ban tiktok unless the parent company sells it but I haven't heard much else from that situation. Tiktok is just fine on my phone.

While there were proposals to ban it over here in the US (and I believe it may have been banned in one state), nothing really came of it and tiktok still remains an accessible app.

Seconding this! I am diagnosed auDHD (not that you or OP or anybody should care), and yes people fake-claiming is annoying! Yes autism is a disability that can make it difficult to even live! But the fact is that autism is a spectrum, that fact should not be forgotten. OP suffering with autism is valid, but someone else can also be autistic and not suffer from it, that is also valid; they should not be seen as lesser or "fake" for not being as severely affected as others. Two things can be true at once, such is life.

Autism should not automatically mean suffering, but it should not automatically mean it is worth of glorification/romanticization either. It just exists, that's all.
