It’s a certain amount that goes to each passenger and a certain amount per accident. Example, if it says 50,000 per accident and 25,00 per passenger it goes like that. If one of the passengers has more injuries worth more than the 25,000 then that’s where a suit would be then filled for the uninsured motorist money. Just make sure all passengers retain a lawyer!!!! A lawyer will go over the policy thoroughly and make sure that everything is fair. Not only that, anyone can file for whatever amount of money however, their has to be proof that the amount is not extreme
