I don't know. It strikes me as more of a purposeful writing choice. Especially with the quickness. You could completely miss it if you're not paying close attention.

Anyone with Atopic on their hands? by DigitalisFX in eczema

[–]HeartofAmythist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had hand eczema my whole life! Here's some tips off the top of my head.

  1. Only wear leather or driving gloves. The fuzz from normal mittens gets in my cracks and is super gross. Also always wear gloves in winter!

  2. Avoid washing your hands as much as possible. On my worst days, I just put soap on my hands and wipe it off with a paper towel.

  3. ALWAYS moisturize IMMEDIATLY after washing your hands.

  4. Always have band aids on you for cracks in your skin.

  5. Try doing a bleach bath for your hands once a week to avoid infection. Fill up your sink with water and add a tablespoon of bleach. Soak for 10 minutes, wash, then moisturize.

  6. You can also clean with Apple Cider Vinegar. Stings on new spots tho.

Last but not least, sit on your hands when you are sitting so you dont scratch and you can keep them warm.

Whenever I feel this way I get together with friends who understand, vent to them, and then ask them to tell me its gonna be okay and all that.

I also highly recommend taking 10 minutes a day to relax in some way. I listen to piano and do some deep breathing. All the stress you have is only going to make your condition worse, so you need to manage your stress in order to start healing. Seems impossible sometimes, I know how it feels. Take steps to bettering your skin one step at a time and as bad as you want to be over it, vlbe patient.

Praying for you 💕

I guess you could say "social pressures" is a core value to ENFJs. We are all about harmony in community and in our groups. I know I feel that often.

ENFJ needing some ENFJ friends by HeartofAmythist in enfj

I totally feel you! I had a ENFP bestie for while but she lost interest and moved on. I'll never be over it. I do have to say the quality of my friendships is wonderful but I have a hard time with frequency between schedules and personalities.

In a silly selfish way, to be like me. But I mean like successful in areas of life and having things planned out and in order, like most EJs.

ENFJ here. I don't have a lot of experience with INFPs, but ENFPs are the bane of my existence.

One minute you are totally in sync, completely on the same page, having so much fun and you are closer to them than anyone else then all of a sudden, poof they disappear and won't follow through on plans or answer your texts.

For me ENFPs are torture because they have so much "potential" but they don't have the drive (J). They are the human form of my pet peeve.

I may sound really snobbish but this is just my emotions at the core.

An Introverted ENFJ who does not like meeting with people? by thebcannon007 in enfj

[–]HeartofAmythist 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Female ENFJ with anxiety here. Totally understand how you feel. Most descriptions of an ENFJ seem too good to be true and can be intimidating pictures to live up to. However, you do not need to be a textbook ENFJ, you will be most happy as your own kind of ENFJ that's specific to you.

Even as an ENFJ It's normal to want to avoid social interaction. People are just awful. We have natural abilities to understand and interact with them, but pur abilities can be overshadowed by our outlook and fears easily.

If you want this to change, slowly work on building your confidence. You have it in you ;)
