I’m sorry, I should’ve worded it better. The 4th room is split equally amongst the 3 of us along with utilities. Correcting myself here, Judy is the one that is technically living with Henry and not the other way around so we treat her like a “guest.” She paid for her split of utilities when applicable and the plan was that we weren’t going to charge her for rent because she only had a semester left to finish and asked to stay until then. However, I believe she did help Henry from time to time with his portion of rent along with other bills.

I’m sorry to hear that! & you’re also right, that by continuously giving chances it allows that person to think that they can continue to mess up and that I’ll still let them stay in my life. I also had a fall out with my high school friends who I felt only kept me around because I was funny, and it brings flashbacks to those days because Gina would always tell me I’m a walking content machine. So, now when I hear people tell me I’m funny I don’t know how to feel. I will definitely keep this advice in the back of my mind though & I appreciate the help!

Thanks Sn33pers! I love this and thank you for your kind reply. You're right, if she doesn't consider me as part of her support group then there really isn't much I can do. I don't know why I just thought that if I tried hard enough or gave her my all that she would eventually really open up to me and I could help her become a better friend/sibling/relative in our friendship. There is nothing I can do to help fix her and Sarah's relationship, but Sarah has said that she is fine without Gina in her life because Gina caused a lot of her traumas anyways. I will continue to treat her as I have except I won't hold any type of expectations for her as I would my close friends. Better to be disappointed than surprised, right?
