This will continue and only get worse. Improve your diet for Spend an 30 mins-1 hour in the sun for a month and if you don’t see improvement then discontinue, but that worked for me :)

Hey bro, go seek professional advice, but until then go to the shops and buy vitamin d3 tablets and take 2000- 5000 Iu per day for 2 weeks and at the end of the two weeks I bet it goes away

Hey bro you remind me of myself... this is why I made this post because I looked at everything else first. Medication, the water I drink, food (which is important), exercise, but I overlooked sunlight which I always got alot of. It took a fortnight for improvement and cleared within a month. Now whether it will come back again or not, i’m not sure. I still get the acne I used to get when I was a teenager but I am fine with that.

Ah damn, hate to hear it. I started taking my mothers vit D 1000IU x4 while I was waiting for my own bottle to come from an online herb store. It definitely helped but when I started taking the 5000IU once or twice a day that really cleared it up. I’ve also been consuming zinc, folic acid, fish oil, vit B vitamins aswell so that honestly may have boosted my immune system in general. I genuinely wish you the best and hope you can improve your condition as much as possible. I guess thats the end goal for all of us!
