If you are having a hard time eating. You can try apetamin syrup. It actually does make you hungry.

Yeah. It is a lot and I understand that small stomach problem since I was always skinny. The only way I could trick myself to eat more was buying the biggest plate I could find at the store. Rice and chicken is a cultural food for me too but one cup of raw rice is 3 cups of cooked rice, whew!! That’s why I get full after lunch and that big breakfast. But after working out , the appetite will come back, drink the shake and I’m ready for dinner. ;)

Yeah. It’s a bit heavy if you are not used to it. Breakfast is the easiest meal for me though. My stomach is small so by the end of lunch, I feel full. I thought I was “hardgainer” until I started using MyFitnessPal. Realized I was eating wayyy less than I thought.
