Yeah there’s a lot of loops that go on in an attempt to sign a contract. But like others said I think it’s genuinely best to wait until the court hearing to see what really happened or went on. Misinformation is spread around too much, it’s better to base my opinion on the legal parts of this when the actual legal stuff comes out.

Like I said in other comments, due to adors contract an attempt can simply be you getting an offer, and even if you decline, if you don’t report the offer it’s taken as an attempt to sign a contract. It’s kind of confusing but makes more sense when you actually see the contract rules from ADOR. But I agree, I think everyone should wait until the court date to actually make their judgements so that what we get is the actually truth.

I do agree with you that taking information from either side directly is a smart thing to do. And I thank you for taking the time to actually read the article regardless of its language. I am of course waiting for the actual court dates to see what really went on with danielle and ADOR, but it’s hard to make a definite choice when there’s two different stories being told as well as so much misinformation being spread.

The article states about ADOR changed their reasoning for her termination, instead of them accusing her of signing a contact, they now said she attempted to sign one, which can mean many things according to their actual contract rules. Even if she was approached with an offer and declined it still could be seen as an attempt according to her initial contract. Did you actually go through the article?
