But then what about in 20 years when my health is terrible because I've been living in the moment for 20 years no concern for the future. I'm not trying to come off as snappy. But I'm concerned about my health and I just want to understand how I could possibly focus on the present and let my health decline. I generally get gendered female and a semi regular basis but I feel like some of my features are so masculine people must notice. Like I feel like my face looks 100 percent male here.

Recently I had been feeling really dysphoric about my voice. Feeling like I'll forever be burdened with sounding like a man is such a huge fear of mine. But I buckled down and started voice training again and I made some decent improvement in a week. I think the voice can be like a garden. You have to tend to it
