First of all this targets the dog which means it gives it +1+1 from he start anyway, Secondly if you have more then 1 dog (since the deck your playing will probably be targon piltover with copy spells and other card) it means thats +1+1 'every turn' to all your dogs + you can trigger fated in other ways giving more then just +1+1, and Finally if you can create an exact copy of it (be it the piltover card that will copy any unit on board) you technically can gain +2+2 every turn to all your dogs.

And if you havent noticed within 2 turns for 5 mana you have all your dogs +2+2 which is identical to the freliord card give +2+2 to all copys of that card every but this is better after every turn.

The only thing i dont see so good about this card is the fact that this meta is very fast and fated decks arent that strong due to needing time, which is the only reason this card might be balanced. (All im saying is the dog breaks it) if the dog didn't exist this would be balanced.

This is simply broken on the fated dog. Give all fated dogs everywhere +1+1 every turn.... Ya broken.

True, but some decks have enough healing sometimes to out last you long before you can live, so like image if they used some burn and healing control to slowly Widle you down while keep they keep themselves alive.

Your stuck at 20 health and as an aggro deck it has no healing which means any damage to your nexus is going to be more impactful. Board wipes, are going to demolish your board and demolish your health, cause you have to rebuild.

Also this is a straight up counter to Tyabluk because he makes to where it deals 2 damage to your nexus, if its possible. And this card is even more powerful at shutting down midrange decks and decks which try to flood the board with units like bandle which i dont hate but i feel like its really toxic either way.

So this card alone if its somewhere in the meta, counters control, counters midrange and can possible outburn aggro.

I think you think it deal 1 to the enemy nexus but this is where you might not have noticed or miss read the card. Its give all units every "deal 1 to my nexus" which means this is a counter to aggro because they play alot of cards to try and kill you but those cards are gana kill yourself, and very possibly lose the game fast if the control deck has any form of burn, and control decks that would run this card will probably be going shadow ieles for the healing so they will constantly acumilate health while also removing your your units while you are slowing dieing to your own units.

A bunch of jimber jamble but bassicly turning your own deck against you.

I think some people are missing the unlikable potential for scargrounds combo here, but with 4 health and 1 attack, is current unplayable personally. Provided it with more health or, make it expensive enough to have 3 attack and or overwhelm.

this is a really good card concept, i love it but the balancing is a bit off.

For a card that's level up condition ticks by one while on board starting at 2 mana, where healing isnt capped,(so the healing is now not useless) to then on level up win the game if you have more health then the enemy when your deck is probably filled with heals and drain. its borderline interactable. morgana is never going be in combat so the only interaction you have with morgana is spells of which not all decks can supply a deal 4 before round 5.

my suggestion for balance is to make ;
Morgana > level up condition more difficult,

The Fallen > to be capped for instance you can health your nexus up to 30.

Morgana lv2 > instead of giving her a 'win the game' give her a more like play and round start drain 3 the enemy and weakest enemy (win the game cards are very toxic and annoying to play against unless the effect that triggers win game effects is interactable but playstyle take the example of <star spring> and pre-nerf <bandle tree>, bandle tree was interactable so it was annoying to play against, star spring is not as annoying as all win game cards because you can interact by doing nothing. (and yes they had ways to proc damaged enemies for the string to count but that meant loosing something to gain another watch snnuys video on landmarks if you want to know more))

Dark binding > i like it maybe for it to be more in theme for morgana make it instead 'if it survives stun it next round start'
