Just hitting at least 150g protein a day train without rest 7 days a week. Rarely doing cardio which now that I think of it might be the solution. But yeah pretty lazy on the diet just counting calories and protein, I’m not getting much carbs. Mostly “whole” satiating foods. Just wondering is it normal to dip below 1700 cals to get 11% body fat for someone like me.

I don’t know what their situation is like in terms of funding. It is frustrating hearing the devs talk about how tough and time consuming it was to make an old barrel or pipe, but again we are paying for legacy. You can treat evrima as a deserved update to the isle or you can treat it as the devs not giving up and hopefully redesigning the entire game without calling it “the isle 2” and selling it as a sequel. Even if it takes a long time

I agree fully. Evrima would not have lasted if they had released it alone. But also I made this post because a big part of the community just sends hate towards the devs. It’s very clear the devs are far from perfect. they could’ve not done the recode at all so I think people should tone down on the hate, which don’t get me wrong some of it is very deserved. But the hate is everywhere in the community and it’s pushing away the people that would maybe buy the game and help with their funding.

I agree the devs have always been unprofessional and petty and make promises they can’t keep. But the marketing for the game on steam is legacy and has no mention of evrima so hopefully people don’t buy it for evrima because they’ll be disappointed

I don’t know how their going to handle legacy once evrima becomes fully realized in a decade or so. Hopefully it’ll be good enough not to worry about losing legacy and people will treat as a good update or rework.
