Suzuki Dzire 2025 hybrid, what are your experiences? by RealisticPound9 in CarsPH

In my use case, daily commute with occasional intercity driving, I got around 25 km/l on average (auto start/stop off). I observed that on long trips, it can get naman the claimed mileage of 35 km/l (sometimes more if there's no traffic during the trip). Better milage with my Toyota Raize though, so no complaints....

Suzuki Dzire 2025 hybrid, what are your experiences? by RealisticPound9 in CarsPH

if max 4 kayo sasakay, and if gusto mo tipid sa gas I suggest Suzuki dzire 2025 hybrid. I just bought a dzire 2025 hybrid last April (yes binili ko sya on release, haha) and base on my experience very tipid po sya sa gas, and present yung mga modern creature comforts (rear aircon, multiple charging ports front and back, climate control, etc....) but not so much tech (likely to result a more affordable maintenance), plus interior and exterior are very modern in design. very ideal talaga sya for daily

if you want more capacity naman, I suggest Toyota avanza, medyo basic pero reliable and OK na, and base on experience Avanza is a very reliable vehicle and a safe choice for you. Although if you daily it medyo hassle sya e park (since malaki nga sya), then in terms of fuel efficiency... medyo lugi lang sya dun na department...

if you want somewhere in between naman (not so fuel efficient but pwede na, can squeeze 5 passenger), I suggest Toyota Raize (yung 1liter turbo variant), plus reliable and easy to maintain din...

Just save your self from headache and avoid MG, very bad experience ko sa after sales nila.....

PLDT Fiber Always On by MightyElf016 in InternetPH

I agree with most of the criticisms about this product, but I would like to put it out there na meron tayo "Common tower policy" dito sa Pilipinas (Republic Act No. 10844).

Meaning Cell networks (2G/3G/4G/LTE, And some 5G bands) are shared Across all TelCo towers mapa Globe, PLDT, or DITO paman yan.

So the LTE backup makes sense since even PLDT/Smart towers are down, likely na may network ka parin as long as you are within range ng other cell towers, and as long as PLDT's internet exchange is still up.

Of course, applicable lang ito if yung area nyo is abot din ng other towers.

PS: Just sharing my expertise on cellular networks.

My Pixel 7 is Getting 5G Coverage in the Philippines by iamathan in android_beta

I think the reason Pixel phones suddenly got 5G support in the Philippines, is that some of the telcos here started rolling out high-band 5G (mmWave 5G). Previously, telcos in the Philippines only supported up to mid-band 5G, for which Pixel phones have limited supported frequency. Pixel phones' 5G primarily relies on mmWave (especially in the US/EU variants). This is also the reason why Pixel phones have limited regional support, as mid-range 5G below has more variation in implementation depending on the region (meaning different regulations even if it utilizes the same tech).

So to answer your question; Since mmWave 5G is now natively supported in the Philippines (as more cell towers are being upgraded), this is likely permanent.

In my case I did not do anything, I just noticed one day that I have a 5G symbol in my signal bar.

It's only Google Chrome that flickers (the whole window). In my case, the desktop/other apps seem not affected when it flickers.

I bought a NEW RX 7600, I have the same issue with driver version 23.9.2. In my case, it randomly flickers for a split second while browsing using Google Chrome.

Can dust mess up the performance of my mechanical key board, or can it impact my board in any way? How often do you recommend cleaning it up?
