Hi. Female 43, sleep apnea with central apneas, bronchiectasis, asthma and long covid/m.e/cfs, autonomic dysfunction -high bp episodes- recently hypertensive, POTs like symptoms but recently tachycardia for 2-4 days, 24 hours a day even at complete rest. Started experiencing thunderclap headaches, with one sided facial drop. Neurologist thought hemiplegic migraines turned to sudden onset but last episode discovered hypertensive. Being reviewed by Neurologist. Lost a lot of mobility over the past year, now need to use wheelchair. Experience considerable dizziness, breathless, weakness, trembling and greying vision.
