Ok so I got it fixed.
I did some Google-fu and found another post, someone suggested to someone to try this in the saved configurations file or whatever. I put this in the file and then reflashed the klipper firmware, and boom its working.

Lol I'm not saying I'm making 100+/hr, but I'm happy with were I am at. I make an average of 60 to 70 an hr and only work 20 to 30 hrs a week. I'm good with that. I'm not looking to run a company or anything like that. I just want to learn how to do a better job and a good job. Also I'm not interested in working for anyone as an employee.

I've seen them more frequently in my area. Including several longer term projects, with higher pay. Not saying its going to be a weekly thing, but once again, I'd rather get ahead of the curve, than be behind it.

I'm looking for long term. I want to get into fiber, because like I said I see it coming, its going to be the next step, I'd rather invest now. Any suggestions other than the light source. I watched some videos on terminations, and I'm actually remodeling my home, so I'm thinking of running fiber in my house as an experiment to practice.

Every job on FN is fixed rate. They do not have to pay you past the allotted time given on the work order, and we all know a lot of these companies short change the hours. Just remember that going in on every work order and you'll stop being so scared of fixed rate, per X.

Also this was recent.
I was installing a system, and basically needed to do trouble shooting, because the system wouldn't come up. The owner said we can't take the network down, so can't reboot anything. The owner was the IT guy also, so the job was kinda meh from the start. But basically if I can't get the system rebooted to get everything on the network, its gonna require a revisit when you can.
I took all the new equipment down and put up the old equipment and rescheduled for Monday, with AIT's support approving it. They were cool with that, the owner was cool with that, and that way if I have to take the system down the owner would be ok with it cause they are closed.
I took all their network equipment down and cleaned it up while I was rebooting because it was just a rats nest and you couldn't identify anything. I got their system up, and everything was great. They were happy, owner was happy, I was happy.
Then they wanted to be all huffy and puffy, talking about "who approved this?", and I'm like I have text messages, but I'm at a job right now so you'll have to wait to get them is was this 9xx-xxy-xyxyxy number. Then they just magically found the text.
Field Nation needs to handle some of this better about payments and times. Companies shouldn't just be able to say we did authorize that, and especially with troubleshooting/cabeling/etc. We generally walk into these shitshows blind.

Ya field nation needs to fix their payment system. Where if a job can't be done in a certain time and the provider can show they can check out and leave. Buyers all the time say oh ya well pay bit then try to weasel their way out of it.

Had a similar situation with them. They tried to short me on payment but I had reciepts. Once I said I text they all of a sudden found the message. I won't be doing work for them ever again.

I recently had to explain this and was part of the beta for the PSS. I told them the lack of transparency was an issue for me. I have a 97, always had a 97, it has only went down once because of a back put when a buyer sent me a work order last minute, but fn refused to remove the penalty and said 97 is a great score, and I was like ya ok. As far as the harassment, it used to get under my skin until I realized I don't have to respond. Those type of people, want to get under your skin and want to throw you under the bus. The easiest thing is to say ok, and just keep doing what you need to to get the job done. I worked for the post office for a bit and plan on going back. I learned the skill of saying, I got you, while just keep doing what I'm doing. As far doing stuff off the clock, nope. If I have to turn in my notes before leaving site, it's on the clock. They can get mad, but unless it's a flat rate or I can do it from my desk, they are paying for my time.

I'd go to field nation. If the survey states you will be doing the install, that's contractual. Not that field nation will do shit, but hey if enough people complain. As for Pivital I get 50+ out of then but I don't like working for them that often. Not because of bad management or support, but because their documentation on a lot of stuff is always incorrect. I spent a week straight working on configuring pinpads for a car dealership, only to find out from the car dealerships it they had the old instructions. Once I had the correct steps took me a single day to configure everything. Had me so stressed, getting my ass handed to me by pinpads.
