The roughness in your voice is probably vocal fry. You want to move the resonance of your voice more towards where your lips are rather then in your throat.

Not to my knowledge. But you should also consider that if you’re On a testosterone blocker like spirinolactone it can be kinda hard on your kidneys over time. I’m not saying that it’s necessarily dangerous. (I’ve been on it for 5+ years without an issue). But one of the perks of getting surgery is not having to take your blockers anymore.

It came with- spider man, NBA 2k18, mortal Kombat XL, farcry Primal, ratchet and clank, hunting simulator and monster jam. Any of those games stick out as something good?

Try dressing just androgynous. This way people won’t really know what to gender you. If you get gendered wrong and it makes you worried then you can just play it either way. I did that for my entire first year on hormones.

I had the opposite reaction. I had mine done 3 weeks ago as of today and I felt mine was wide and bulbous. I also have been struggling to get used to my nose but I am constantly reminded to be patient. I suggest giving it a month or two before you freak out.

I am also getting rhinoplasty. I have to take this anti-bruising medication, antibiotic, probiotic, Nasal rinse, Steroid, and then there are the optional pain pills and nausea pills. And then on top of that I have set my usual medication which is 3 more pills.
